Description

We are looking for a part-time Customer Data Entry Associate for a 3-6 month contract position in Lowell, MA.  This qualified candidate will input information into company CRM system from multiple sources and to ensure customer data is accurate and complete.  The ideal candidate will have proven customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and organization. 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage work queues ensuring timely ticket resolution.
  • Manage requests to input data from contracts to the appropriate Account fields in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal users/teams to verify or gather additional information on requests when appropriate
  • Work well independently and with a team to achieve team goals, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience data entry clerk or similar administrative role
  • Great attention to detail and organization
  • Proficient in word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Knowledge of/ experience working with Salesforce is strongly preferred
