Description

Our client in Franklin, MA is looking to add a Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative to their culturally dynamic team!

 

Our client is a global manufacturing company the world leader in the production of coated paper for flexible packaging and labels!  They serve food, beverage, consumer packaging goods, entertainment industries. It supplies its innovative products to customers worldwide from Belgium, Italy, Germany, Brazil, and the United States.

 

Job Duties:

  • Establish productive, professional relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication, while holding the highest ethical standards
  • Leverage interactions to qualify new opportunities with existing customers as well as potential new customers in support of business development efforts
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
  • Maintain daily customer contact by phone and email; follow up on all inquiries from customers and agents to ensure resolution in a timely manner
  • Handle customer orders including but not limited to: send order confirmations, issue packing lists, delivery note, L/C, invoices, consult with planning department on stocks prior to putting in production, review credit status with accounting department before shipments, etc.
  • Keep an overview of the delivered quantities per customers compared to budget

 

Position Requirements: 

  • 2-5 years relevant working experience in a client service role (internal or external); part time experience including internships will also be considered
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Flexible team player with a “can do” mindset
  • Customer support experience and experience working in B2B setting is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal & verbal and written communication skills at all levels
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and resilient
  • Desire to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Language: Fluent in English & Spanish required
