Waters Corporation in Milford, Ma is hiring for an HR Administrator to join their team on a contract to hire basis! This is a front office position, interacting with employees across all levels of the organization.


Primary Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Processing offer letters via ATS and SAP systems
  • Processing drug and background checks
  • Leading and completing new hire orientation activities 
  • I9 Verification
  • Immigration 

Learning and Development

  • Data entry support for learning management system 
  • Assisting learning and development with classroom set up 
  • Input and audit of LMS attendance
  • Organization and distribution of classroom materials 
  • Addressing general inquiries from vendors and attendees

Additional administrative responsibilities:

  • Processing all department invoices, awards, and reports accurately and expeditiously
  • Vendor invoicing
  • PCard reconciliation
  • Tuition Reimbursement processing
  • General SAP management


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Previous applicant tracking administration required. Experience with ICIMS desired.
  • Previous experience supporting Human Resources, preferably supporting Talent Acquisition or within a Shared Services' Center of Excellence.
  • Candidates will need to self-start and have excellent time management abilities. 
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must have the ability prioritize ad-hoc tasks, daily functions, and customer concerns in an effective manner. Strong ability to multi-task & attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player and provide support to all other staff members. 
  • Upbeat, positive and friendly demeanor. 
  • Strong problem solving and process improvement skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to be a self-starter and solution orientated, demonstrated by being able to analyze opportunities, generate alternatives and make sound recommendations.
  • Ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality with internal HR teams.
