Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering and receiving purchase orders into the ERP system
  • Analyzing the frequency of orders for individual parts by warehouse
  • Communicating with Buyers on problematic purchase orders to resolve issues
  • Receiving and entering purchase order confirmations
  • Updating contact information in the ERP system
  • Entering new pricing with contract renewals
  • Work on miscellaneous projects as assigned, such as reduction of obsolete inventory

Education, experience and skills:

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Data entry skills
  • Proficient with Windows based ERP/MRP systems – M1 experienced preferred but not required
  • Excellent skills using Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
  • Strong basic math/reading/writing skills
  • Detail oriented
