Warehouse Associate Job Opening located in Duluth 



Deliver, package, ship and receive materials timely and accurately. 

1st shift 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contract Pay Rate: $13.00/hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receives and unloads materials both manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks;
    • Checks for damaged goods; verifies quantity and quality of order; verifies items received with purchase order
    • Creates part tags as required
    • Ensure locations are adequate and appropriate for material being received
    • Locates and puts away
  • Delivers raw materials to machine operators
  • Processes all raw materials and finished goods into ERP/inventory system following all business process, quality, and documentation requirements.
  • Pick/Pack and ship all products consistent with daily shipping reports
  • Prepares shipments by assembling, packing, protecting, and labeling containers.
  • Ships items by verifying identifying information and quantity and condition of items; loading and protecting items.
  • Determines method of shipment by examining items to be shipped, destination, route, rate, and time of shipment.
  • Manage box/crate and other shipping supply inventory
  • Responsible for accuracy of inventory … including cycle counting
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of company warehouse.


  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to use basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • Computer and Computer skills (use of Microsoft Office products)
  • Experience with ERP system, Infor LN desirable
  • Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting processes and procedures
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Must be a trained and qualified forklift operator
  • Ability to read and understand all safety operating procedures
  • Able to consistently lift 50 pounds


  • High School Education
  • At least one year of similar work experience
