We're currently looking for a skilled Machine Operators for our client in the Canton Georgia area. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity on 2nd shift.

2nd: Monday - Fridays 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM / Pay: $16.43 ph+.25 shift differential


Operate machinery and equipment to form parts; assemble and pack assemblies and component parts.


1.         Work from blueprints, customer specifications, production schedules, written and verbal instructions.

2.         Setup and operate machines such as press brakes, punch presses, roll formers, drill presses, shears, lance, riveters, turret presses and piercing machines.

3.         Perform blower assembly and packing operations.

4.         Check parts and materials for visual defects and to insure conformance to specifications; make minor adjustments; notify supervision of out of tolerance parts.

5.         Interact with shop floor computer terminals to record time and production activities.

6.         Record production counts, scrap amounts, and indirect labor.

7.         Add or update MP 245 tags on containers.

8.         Properly mark all pallets and baskets produced with appropriate documentation.

9.         Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment, and materials.

10.       Complete inspection procedure per QF forms as required.

11.       Process paperwork, labeling, etc. based on work instructions, work in process, customer specifications, quality audits, and other related requirements.

12.       Complete required reports and records.

13.       Detect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations, and unusual conditions to supervision.

14.       Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition.
