The Inventory Clerk position is critical for supporting customer OTD by preparing and processing OSP, receiving, issuing parts against Jobs and controlling inventory accuracy.  The primary function of the inventory control clerk is to support customer demand by controlling and processing materials from suppliers to storeroom, to production and to customers.  Inventory control clerk works a team to control and report accurate inventory through accurate and timely processing and cycle counting of inventory. This position provides support to internal customers by issuing required inventory to production in a prompt and timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process OSP parts, receive and issue parts required using ERP system for Jobs in supporting customer job dates.
  • Process PO requisition and coordinate with purchasing for parts to be sent for OSP.
  • Daily cycle counting
  • Coordinate with Inspection and process parts accordingly.
  • Control inspection pending report by processing in a timely manner



  • High School-Grad equivalent of general diploma with 5+ years experiences in inventory control
  • Inventory function using ERP in an aerospace/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail a must
  • Positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Accurate Cycle counting
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Accurate Data entry skills
  • Works independently with minimal supervision
