Do you drug test and background check your candidates?

At the initial screening, all candidates are informed that the majority of our client base requires criminal background checks and/or drug testing and therefore, must sign the appropriate release. The DAVIS standard ISO documented recruitment process includes reference checks and E-Verify on all candidates. Many of our clients require more extensive checks which are available upon request.
