As we were planning to celebrate our 30 years in business we realized that we wouldn’t be around and growing if it wasn’t for our client customers, our candidates and employees, our community that we have supported and has helped encourage us, as well as, our internal team of work hard, play hard professionals. So we brainstormed and decided that we wanted to publicly acknowledge all of the groups and supporters we’ve had over the years by doing 30 Weeks of Appreciation.
30 Weeks of Appreciation – what’s that? Well, starting August 17th and for the next 30 weeks we will recognize and share information on how we are showing our appreciation to the 4 groups that our critical to our business success and growth. We’ll start with our internal staff, and then we’ll recognize our customer base, our employees working at customer sites and then our community partners and programs.
We have created a microsite (marketing speak for a mini-website), that focuses only on our 30th year celebrations. Content will be updated and change throughout the year, so bookmark this page and come back often to see what’s new and stay up to date on the ways we’re appreciating those who have helped us stay in business for 30 years! We’ll be adding a “congratulations message board” and would love to have you share your words of encouragement and DAVIS Success stories here, too.
And pictures, we’ll be adding a lot of imagery, both old and new over the course of the year. Some classics from back in the 80’s when we started, as well as, a journey through the years. We had a lot of laughs about hair and lack thereof and clothing styles through the years. ThrowBack Thursdays-#TBT- will prove to be very entertaining and embarrassing for some of us, too.
