Take on new challenges/projects/responsibilities at work
This is something you should do regardless of the season, but winter is a perfect time to mix up your day-to-day at work. Learn a new skill and upgrade your job description going into the spring.
Find an Indoor Hobby
Work-Home-Sleep-Repeat is the recipe for a long a** winter. Pick up an instrument, join a bowling league, take dance classes or write that screen play that you dreamt about in college. Whatever you do, give yourself something to look forward to on a weekly basis.
